The Contractor shall provide all necessary elements including labor, equipment, tools, vehicles, and materials as required to remove, reinstall, dismantle, repair, rebuild, fabricate, align, calibrate; pressure relief valves, safety valves, globe, steam, water, air, and other flow control valves and associated components and equipment which are located at facilities under the jurisdiction of the University of Massachusetts Amherst Campus,- at the rates established under this document, on a PER CALL/AS NEEDED basis, under the direction of the University Representative, with the approval of the District Engineering Inspector of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Safety, when such approval is required.
