-Demolition/Removal of existing bathroom building located in Memorial Park next to the parking lot. -Demolition/Removal of existing concrete building slab. -Demolition/Removal of all existing plumbing and electrical lines used by the existing bathroom structure. -Demolition/Removal of existing water fountain located next to bathroom structure. -During demolition all existing sewer, water, and underground electrical coming into the building will remain and be reused with new bathroom structure. -Reconstruct new bathroom structure in existing location according to provided plans. -New structure will require new footings and new concrete slab and will be block walls with brick (to be chosen by owner) veneer exterior. -All plumbing fixtures according to plumbing schedule A 1.3 along with restroom accessories. -Interior finish schedule specified on plans A1.3. -Electrical as specified A1.4. -Door schedule as specified A1.4 -Roof will be standing seem metal roof color to be chosen by owner.
