The City of Hot Springs is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Performance Data for Professional Services of Artificial Intelligence Services. The following Scope of Work shall be provided by the firm(s) to be consider: 1. AI POLICY DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION To ensure the responsible and effective use of AI, the City requires the development of a guiding policy. This framework will guide our AI initiatives, mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to data privacy, security, and ethical standards. The City seeks a partner who can develop a comprehensive AI policy that aligns with our City's values and priorities. This policy should include a thorough risk assessment to identify potential challenges and opportunities, as well as a detailed implementation plan outlining roles, responsibilities, and timelines. To measure the effectiveness of the AI policy, we require a monitoring and evaluation system. This system will help us track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure ongoing compliance. 2. AI TRAINING SERVICES To empower our City employees to harness the full potential of AI, the City seeks a comprehensive training program. This program should be designed to equip our workforce with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively utilize AI tools and applications. The City will identify up to ten (10) individuals from various Departments selected by the City to participate in AI training. We envision a training curriculum that covers a range of topics, including AI fundamentals, data analysis, machine learning, ethical considerations, and best practices. Hands-on experience with relevant AI tools and platforms is essential. The training should be flexible and adaptable to meet the diverse needs of our employees to ensure maximum impact. The successful vendor will develop a training program that fosters a data-driven culture and equips our staff to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Data Analysis and Visualization: Training on data cleaning, exploration, and visualization using AI tools.
