A. Services Included 1. Furnish all labor, tools & equipment necessary for complete & satisfactory performance of plumbing installation, repairs and maintenance. 2. The Contractor will be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for emergency situations and will respond promptly. 3. Plumbing services will include, but are not limited to, the following systems: a. Sanitary facilities b. Domestic hot & cold water systems, including piping, valves, regulators, shutoffs, couplings, and pressure relief equipment c. Domestic hot water generation equipment, including water tempering valves and equipment d. Domestic water booster and recirculation pumps e. Commercial kitchen connections f. Grease trap, clay trap & drain cleaning g. Backflow prevention device testing and repair/rebuild h. Water fountains i. Restroom fixtures j. Main drain lines and plumbing systems k. Any auxiliary equipment l. Sump pumps m. Winterization of seasonally occupied buildings n. Roof drains o. Gas piping p. Laboratory type plumbing & gas fittings q. Propane (LP) gas systems r. Compressed air systems and lines (not including equipment related to pneumatic Building Management System (BMS) controls and components.)
