Larval Mosquito Control Services: • Complete a larval control program within the Town of Atkinson, NH between April 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025, including all labor & materials. Complete control applications of larvicide including emergent marshes, woodland pools, red maple swamps, roadside ditches, flooded fields, catch basins and stormwater basins. The target mosquito species to be controlled are associated with West Nile Virus (WNV) and Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE). Monitoring and Reporting: • From April 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025, supply labor, materials, transportation and supplies necessary for collection & microscopic identification of mosquito larvae, monitoring and aerial GIS mapping of freshwater mosquito breeding habitats, including red maple swamps, woodland pools, roadside ditches, flooded fields and stormwater basins. • From June 1, 2025, to October 15, 2025, complete a weekly mosquito collecting/disease testing program. Collected mosquitos will be microscopically identified to species and transported to the state health laboratory in Concord for Eastern Equine Encephalitis and West Nile Virus testing.
