This will be a Construction Manager at Risk Project pursuant to ARS Section 34-601 et seq. This project involves design and construction for the realignment of Ash Street between Vaughn Avenue and the intersection of Gilbert Road & East Cullumber Avenue in the Gilbert Heritage District. The project scope generally includes, but is not limited to, the new construction of street pavement and sidewalks, signing and pavement markings, the construction of a new traffic signal and ITS appurtenances at the intersection of Gilbert Road and East Cullumber Avenue, street lighting, drainage, and landscaping. This project also involves the relocation of water and sanitary sewer facilities, utility and railroad coordination, public and stakeholder involvement, and right-of-way acquisition.
