The Scope of Work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all coordination, scheduling, supervision, labor, tools and equipment, jobsite investigations, materials and supplies, incidentals, appurtenances, and mobilization required to perform the work in accordance with the contract documents. Specific work tasks include, but are not limited to stormwater management restoration practices as; excavation of the existing stormwater management facility, removal of all bio waste and install a new stormwater management wet pond facility complete with all designed plantings, gravel, rip rap, mountable berm, rock inlet and outlet protection, gabion wall forebay, principal spillway, removal and disposal of twin 30” pipes, installation of prefabricated bridge, excavation, haul/or dispose of excess material, removal of Type J inlet and installation of Type K inlet, and any and all designed elements described in the Contract Drawings. Work shall also include, but is not limited to, the installation of aquatic safety and bench, tree and shrubs clearing and grubbing, landscaping, installation and maintenance of temporary traffic control devices, construction entrance installation and demolition, restoration and stabilization of all disturbed areas, installation and maintenance of sediment control devices, maintenance incidentals necessary to perform the work as designed and approved for this project and provided under this Contract. The Contractor will also be responsible for maintaining a safe work site which may include the installation of 4’ temporary safety fencing to keep pedestrians from entering the construction site.
