B. All cylinder purchases must be approved by the Asst. CTE Director. C. All cylinders and equipment shall be standard tank sizes, C25, Argon and Oxygen will be T or (300) size tanks. Acetylene is a Medium size tank. Other gasses may be added at a future date as needed; D. Each cylinder shall be serviced and/or refilled on an as-needed basis: CONTRACTOR will coordinate servicing and re-fills with the individual school instructors. E. Respond to requests for additional cylinders or removal of cylinders within 48 hours; F. Be responsible for repair of any damaged or leaking cylinders within 24 hours. Reimbursement for repairs for damage caused by the District shall be approved by the Asst. CTE Director and will be billed on a separate invoice. G. Be responsible to keep sufficient on-hand stock of commonly used gases and cylinders. H. Contractor will provide the name and contact information of a representative who will be available 24/7 in event of an emergency. I. Comply with all State of Utah health and safety requirements as they pertain to gas cylinders, including: 1. Required permits and licenses; 2. Meet collection vehicle requirements; 3. Maintain all required documentation; and 4. Dispose of waste at approved locations.
