The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the administration of Granite Transition Services (GTS) and Hartvigsen School to build and sustain a positive culture and climate at both the departmental and school-wide levels. This work will include conducting surveys and focus groups, facilitating professional learning workshops tailored to identified needs, and developing a comprehensive, actionable plan to address key areas of improvement. This includes: Conducting surveys and focus groups to assess the current culture and climate and identify the next steps. Facilitating professional learning workshops and training sessions for teachers, staff and administrators on topics as identified in the surveys. Developing and implementing a program-wide (GTS & Hartvigsen) action plan to address any identifies areas of improvement. Providing ongoing leadership coaching support and resources to help sustain a positive culture, climate, and compliance with State and federal requirements.
