All natural resource restoration work for this project, including planting, seeding and vegetation establishment shall be conducted by a licensed landscape contractor or riparian/stream restoration or wetland restoration professional with at least three (3) documented successful public contractual projects of $250,000 or more, each, performing riparian restoration, stream restoration or stabilization and/ or wetland enhancement work. All planting, seeding and vegetation work shall be conducted by a licensed landscape contractor as required by state law. Documentation of experience shall be submitted with the bid which includes project descriptions and types of work, contract amounts, verified agency contact names, phone numbers and addresses. The scope of work for this contract includes: • Permanent Erosion Control • Site Preparation • Seeding • Planting & Mulching • Three years of vegetation establishment, including temporary watering.
