Provide mobile X-ray, ultrasound, cardiac and PICC services to residents of the “Home” as required by doctors' orders. 3.2.2. Perform X-ray, ultrasound and cardiac services, and/or bedside PICC line insertion within a twenty-four (24) hour period after a physician’s orders except for STAT. 3.2.3. Perform STAT services within a two (2) hour period after a physician orders. 3.2.4. Vendor services will be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year (including holidays as necessary) at no additional charge. 3.2.5. Provide chest X-rays for pre-employment purposes when two (2) or more candidates can be scheduled at the facility at the same pricing as patient X-ray service. 3.2.6. Provide bone density scans for residents of the facility as ordered by the physician. 3.2.7. Provide echocardiograms for residents of the facility as ordered by the physician. 3.3. X-Ray Services – Results Reporting – Awarded vendor will: 3.3.1. Compile results within a twenty-four (24) hour period of the physician's orders to the facility either by fax, telephone, and/or other acceptable methods except for STAT. 3.3.2. Compile results for STATS requests within a four (4) hour period to the facility either by fax, telephone, and/or other acceptable methods. 3.3.3. Report results will include the test date, the test result, and the signature of the person performing the test. 3.3.4. Provide access to local radiology department for rereading of ambiguous results. 3.3.5. Provide that retakes of X-rays due to improper penetration or view to be treated as STAT at no additional charge to the facility. 3.3.6. Provide access to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) system, for online viewing of reports and X-ray film online. 3.3.7. Provide training for any SNSVH employees who need access to the PACS system.
