The Off the Streets Facility Refurbishment Project will complete interior, exterior and site improvements to the City of Mesa owned property at 6733 East Main Street in Mesa. The project consists of a 1.3-acre site with two existing former hotel buildings. Building #1 is a two-story building approximately 20,987 gross square feet. Building #2 is a single-story building of approximately 2,910 gross square feet. The interior scope of work includes and is not limited to demolition; doors; ceiling/wall/floor modifications; interior finish upgrades; millwork; mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades; low voltage cabling; access controls, and security. Exterior scope of work includes and is not limited to demolition; grading; paving; drainage; hardscape; landscape; exterior building upgrades; plumbing; electrical; underground utilities; fencing, walls and electronic gates.
