Review Utile Reuse Study 8-7-22 c. Review Updated Code Analysis 2020 d. Interview Town staff to understand recent problems and current uses. e. SRPEDD will be developing a digital walk through of the building and 2D architectural drawings that will be available for this project. A general Analysis of Existing Conditions of the Town Hall Annex, Town Hall and the Council on Aging buildings. a. Identify existing spatial use of the buildings and municipal needs. b. Identify short term and long term improvements with cost estimates. 3. Public outreach and education will be an important component of this study. The firm will seek input from the public, local boards and committees and present ideas and the final report to these groups. 4. Evaluate various options including but not limited to: • Demolishing High School • Demolish High School and build new municipal facility • Moving Annex offices to the Old High School • Moving Annex, Town Hall and Council on Aging to the Old High School • Rehab existing Town Hall and build addition to include offices from the Town Hall Annex Each option should include associated costs, and conceptual plans 5. Final Report with conceptual plans, with estimated costs, pros and cons.
