Vendor agrees to provide: Cardboard B-21E Silhouette (or equivalent) Targets and equipment of the latest improved model in current production, which shall be of quality workmanship and material. The vendor further represents that all equipment offered shall be new. DISCONTINUED MODELS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Assembly manuals with all equipment that is purchased pursuant to this contract All parts not specifically mentioned, but that are necessary for the targets to be complete and ready for operation, or which are normally furnished as standard equipment; and all parts shall conform in strength, quality, and workmanship to the accepted standards of the industry. Cardboard targets shall conform to all applicable industry standards.
