The Successful Proposer will be responsible to produce the following deliverables: • Application to FAFSA question crosswalk • Document outlining the one-to-one comparison of application questions to FAFSA questions • Application to export file data dictionary • Documentation outlining the application question to output file relationship and the expected format of the output • Export Data file layout • Documentation defining the layout of the output file from the application with field definition, field order, field type, and any other required definitional elements. • Test data file • A file that matches the expected output of the application for data exports. This file will be used to test the OSAC import implementation. • Test application • The application must be ready for preliminary testing by OSAC staff and interested parties to confirm functionality, accuracy, and build familiarity for the front-end customer support staff.
