1.1.1 The building site is located at: 325 S Maguire St, Warrensburg, MO 1.1.2 Project consists of renovations on each of three floors of the existing TR Gaines Technology Building. The design includes new walls, finishes, ceiling, lighting, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and mechanical configurations. 1.1.3 Demolition shall consist of removal of selected existing finishes, ceilings, lighting, walls, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical/electrical/fire protection systems and equipment described below as shown on the demolition plans. 1.1.4 Architectural work shall consist of reconfigured walls, new doors, flooring, wall finishes, ceiling finishes, and reconfigured ceiling and lighting designs as indicated in the drawings. 1.1.5 Mechanical work shall consist of the installation of new ductwork, grilles, and controls in all renovated areas as indicated in drawings. 1.1.6 Electrical work shall consist of revisions to electrical systems to accommodate renovated areas. New light fixtures, as well as new wall power shall be installed. Rough-in for new voice and data outlets. 1.1.7 Fire Protection work shall include modifications to the existing sprinkler system design and engineering, throughout the project area, necessary to accommodate new work. 1.1.8 Plumbing work shall include modifications to the existing restrooms and additional plumbing work elsewhere.
