The North Charleston Sewer District is looking to get a property survey for 769 West Front Street to identify property corners, property boundary, prior rights (easements, etc), ditch geometry, ditch ownership, relevant surface features (clean outs, septic tank, manhole, and sewer service discharge from home) and significant trees in the specific area of interest for this property. See Exhibit #1 (attached). We will need deliverable of field survey to be a PDF document. Our goal is to use this property survey to determine the best path to install a new sewer service across 769 West Front Street for 769 Lincoln Ave. Once we determine the best path based on the initial survey, a plumber will install the new sewer service across 769 West Front Street. Once the work is completed, we will need an easement plat drafted depicting the new utility easement crossing 769 West Front Street to provide sewer service to the owner of 769 Lincoln Ave. See Exhibit #2 (attached). NCSD is only asking for the deliverable to be a signed / sealed plat. Surveyor will be responsible to record newly drafted easement with Charleston County ROD. Prior to recording, NCSD would like a copy to review / comment on. Once recorded, NCSD would like a recorded copy for our records.
