1) Remove vegetation and debris, and properly prep surfaces prior to work in area marked in yellow. 2) Repair, prep and fill asphalt in areas requiring patching as noted on drawing in blue. 3) Fill all cracks with a product that is suitable for crack size and compatible with sealcoating product within areas marked on map in yellow. 4) Sealcoat area within area marked on map in yellow. 5) Repaint stenciling of the following: parking stalls, visitor parking, fire lane identification, ADA handicap parking, no parking and/or loading zones, delivery parking areas, directional arrows and any other areas that presently have hatch marks or other stenciling. 6) Contractor shall provide safety/warning signs and adequate barriers to ensure the jobsite is adequately secured so access is restricted to only authorized persons and vehicles. 7) All work and material must follow and meet state, county, and local code requirements. 8) All above work must be itemized. 9) Work will require after hours or weekend work and be phased if necessary.
