i. Measure and prepare a plan showing the existing installation of seating, including individual seat sizes, before removing the seats. ii. The Contractor shall remove all seats from the theater using factory-trained and approved personnel. Label and number each seat according to their location in the theater (left side, center, right side, row, and seat number) so that they are re-installed in their correct location. The Contractor shall perform all of the required refurbishment work on the seats at an off-site location and return the refurbished seats to the Arts Barn theater ready for reinstallation in their proper location. iii. Mechanically or chemically strip and refinish all of the metal parts. iv. Mechanically or chemically strip, sand, and all of the refinish armrests. as an add/alternate line item, The Contractor shall provide pricing for the replacement of the wooden armrests that shall include cup holders. v. Repair or replace all of the missing, damaged, and worn parts including, but not limited to the wooden armrests, fractured plastic outer backs, and internal moving parts.
