This project will require the ESCO to provide all drawings, designs, specifications and necessary technical and project documents, including amendments/revisions as needed, and a cost estimate of the completed transition to an LED. Included in this request but not limited to is the following components of the service: ESCO shall provide all manpower, services, goods and materials necessary to replace all interior and exterior fluorescent lighting with LED for the Heritage Middle School. The manpower and services to be provided by ESCO under this SOW shall include, but not be limited to, energy and design engineering, equipment and systems procurement, construction management, commissioning, monitoring, and auditing.
