The purpose of this RFI is to solicit information regarding interest, availability and geographic reach from organizations interested in serving one or more accountable community of health regions by facilitating at least one in-person support group within the region at least quarterly, and are free of charge. The Contractor shall: Deliver Washington state-funded Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) In-Person Support Groups facilitation and a location for education, information, infrastructure and facilitation to improve the quality and reach across the State of Washington for TBI-funded support groups. This includes planning, facilitating, and hosting in-person support groups for connection, education, and engagement in life after sustaining a TBI. Identify a staff person as the single point of contact for all communications with the TBI Coordinator. The staff representative assigned can be different from those responsible for financial management of the contract. If a financial person is assigned, the TBI Coordinator will be informed.
