The Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas, Parks and Recreation Department is accepting competitive proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships and corporations for the purpose of an Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) Cloud Hosted and/or SaaS only. The Offeror awarded the contract will be expected to provide the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City Kansas Parks and Recreation Department with a robust, comprehensive, integrated Cloud Hosted and/or SaaS EAMS that will include, but not be limited to, the following functions and/or modules: • Work Order Management • Inventory • Mobile Solution • Service Requests • Inspections • Warehouse • Lifecycle Management • Asset Management • Asset Tracking • Preventative Maintenance • Predictive Maintenance • Estimated Condition Index Assessment
