The Contractor shall provide a not to exceed limit of 40 manhours of inspection time to assess and determine the existing condition, and recommendation for repairs necessary to the infrared heating system in the East and West Hangars of AASF#1, Bldg. 2816. This building is an Army Aviation hangar. The infrared heaters are suspended at a height of approximately sixty (60) feet above the hangar floor. The Contractor will provide all manlifts or any other means of conveyance necessary to perform this assessment. The inspection will include recommendations for securing the infrared system to the existing building structure. The intent is to mitigate undesirable movement from airflow during hangar door operations. The Contractor shall provide these Services to meet: all applicable Federal, State and Local Codes and Regulations governing the work identified herein. A report of findings and recommendations for repairs will be provided to the Project Manager upon completion of the assessment. All facilities identified herein are located within the confines of Camp Edwards.
