Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of Ecampus Healthcare administration degree coordination from Karen Volmar as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the services and the contractor being the only provider able to meet critical parameters. Coordinator must be able to work on an accelerated timeline to develop curriculum including development and staffing of new courses. Coordinator must also have an advanced graduate degree in a relevant field, demonstrated management skills including curricular development, experience with OSU Ecampus including development, management and instruction of courses, familiarity with OSU systems, personnel, and processes and experience managing online degree programs.
