General & Private Offices and Common Areas (Break Room, Meeting Room): • Empty wastebaskets into outside trash dumpster. • Dust all furniture, desks, chairs, office machines, etc. • Spot clean desk, table and counter tops. • Clean and sanitize drinking fountains. • Shake out or vacuum floor mats. • Spot clean lobby, stairwells and entrance glass, all interior glass (partitions and doors). • Clean countertop and sinks in both kitchenette areas.; Rest Rooms: • Clean, polish and sanitize all restroom fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, hand basins etc. • Clean and sanitize toilet seats. • Clean and polish all glass mirrors. • Empty all containers and disposals, insert liners as required. • Refill all dispensers to normal limits - napkins, soap, tissues, towels, cups, etc. (Supplies furnished by KDOT.) • Clean and sanitize floors. • Clean and sanitize all flush rings, drain and overflow outlets. • Remove spots, stains, splashes from wall area adjacent to restroom fixtures.; General & Private Offices and Common Areas (Break Room, Meeting Room): • Dust all horizontal surfaces to 70", including sills, ledges, moldings, picture frames, ducts, etc. • Vacuum fabric upholstered furniture and damp wipe plastic or leather upholstered furniture. • Clean cleared off areas of desks, tables and counter tops. • Dust all exposed filing cabinets, bookcases, shelves, etc. • Dust, clean and sanitize telephones and radios. • Remove fingerprints from front doors, frames, light switches, kick and push plates, handles, railings, etc. • Clean entire lobby, stairwells, entrance and all interior glass (partitions and doors).
