The design/build contractor will complete the following work in two phases this is a part of the Base Bid: Storage Area (To be completed After Dec. 26, 2024, but before Jan. 15, 2025) • Modify existing opening under stairs by installing a new paired door entry to create storage room space • Furnish and install new paired wood doors opening into the main room in a painted hollow metal frame • Hardware to be a pin pad and keyed passage lock set • Patch flooring, walls, and ceiling as needed to finish the space in the closet and surrounding area County Clerks Transaction Counter (To be completed after April 2025 but no later than June 30, 2025 • Take down current Clerk’s counter (systems furniture) and return to owner for reuse • Demolish existing “wing” wall to prepare for modified half wall layout • Build, finish, prime and paint a new half wall partition with laminated worksurface top for 6 new workstations including ADA station. • Furnish & install new aluminum storefront system to create “secured” barrier between staff and the public • Furnish and install sliding pass-thru windows and fixed pass-thru windows as needed for County Clerk Office operations • Remove, modify, and replace acoustical ceilings as required for half wall bracing to the deck above • Patch flooring and walls as needed to finish office space • Supply electrical and data outlets for 6 stations including ADA station and printer area • Supply shelving for 6 workstations including ADA station and printer area • Supply monitor arms for 6 stations including ADA station.
