3.1.1 The Contractor shall fully coordinate all contract activities with those activities of the Department. 3.1.2 The Contractor shall provide clinical, non-interrogative polygraph examination services for sexual consumers under the care of the Department of Mental Health (hereinafter referred to as the state agency) within the Sexual Offender Rehabilitation and Treatment Services of Fulton State Hospital (FSH) and Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center (SMMHC) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. 3.1.3 The Contractor shall either provide the services directly or shall provide a person/personnel who must comply with the requirements stated herein. Therefore, references to "the contractor" throughout this document shall also be deemed to include the person/personnel provided by the contractor. 3.1.4 The contractor shall perform all services in accordance with the ethics, standards and practices of the American Polygraph Association (APA), which can be found at the following website: https://www.polygraph.org/apa_bylaws_and_standards.php. Additionally, the contractor shall also adhere to the Department of Mental Health Employee Manual (Attachment C) as applicable for a contracted provider and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. 3.1.5 The Contractor shall provide the services on an as needed, if needed basis. The State of Missouri does not guarantee any usage of the contract whatsoever.
