The work is detailed in the Persimmon Park Place Drainage Improvements, Bid No.: 25-0006WW contract drawings and generally consists of mobilization to the site, establish maintenance of traffic, establish erosion and sediment control measures including by-pass pumping, survey and layout of the site, site clearing, removal of portions of existing drainage system, installation of 113 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe varying between 12 inches and 42 inches in diameter, installation of 1,363 linear feet of high density polyethylene pipe varying between 15 inches and 36 inches in diameter, installation of 15 drainage structures in grassed and paved areas, milling of 740 square feet of pavement, install approximately 2,000 square feet of asphalt paving, remove and replace approximately 100 linear feet of concrete curb, modification of existing open drainage channel by constructing new stabilized channel, construction of concrete headwall, connection to existing DelDOT drainage inlet, abandonment of existing pipe and fill with flowable fill, miscellaneous drainage improvements, remove approximately 2,115 feet of existing wooden fencing and replace with vinyl fencing, install approximately 470 feet of new 4 foot high chain link fencing and restoration of disturbed areas.
