The City of Wentzville is soliciting a Request for Proposal from qualified Contractors for On-Call Site Improvement Services. Developers are required to adequately complete and ensure proper installation of public infrastructure. Additionally, the Developers and Builders are required to ensure adequate protection of the public infrastructure installed during home construction. When the Developer or Builder fails to address deficiencies in a timely manner, the City may elect to complete these deficiencies through the performance guarantee process. These deficiencies will vary in size and quantity and carry across multiple types of improvements including, but not limited to grading, drainage, site stabilization, stormwater systems, landscaping, sanitary sewer systems, potable water systems, streets and sidewalks.
