• Prepare traffic impact studies based on site development plans submitted to the City by petitioners when requested by City staff. Consultant will advise the City on the scope of the traffic study and participate in MoDOT Traffic Impact Study (TIS) scoping meetings. • Review site development plans and provide recommendations addressing site circulation, site access, pedestrian access and safety surrounding traffic impacts. • Attend application review meetings with City staff and petitioners concerning traffic impacts. Attend public hearings and present recommendations to the Planning and Zoning Commission and/or City Council as required. • Perform other municipal traffic/transportation engineering services that may be requested by the City.
