The selected firm will complete surveying, engineering design and specifications, bidding and construction management services. The design is anticipated to by August of 2025 so construction can occur in the late 2025 early 2026. Professional services included in the agreement with the City are: 1. Project management – The lead civil engineering firm should manage all sub-consultants on the team, directing the flow of information between the consultant team members and the City’s project manager. Monthly billing and status reports should be clearly presented in an organized manner, with costs distributed among tasks and funding sources. a. Organize and conduct Project Kick-off meeting; b. Organize and conduct Agency meetings at City Hall; c. Prepare materials for and participate in 2 public meetings; d. Prepare materials for and participate in 1 City Council meeting; e. Coordinate various members of the consultant team and provide QA/QC of team and final products delivered; f. Provide exhibits, maps, figures, on an as needed basis; g. Communicate clearly and regularly with the City’s project manager; h. Provide monthly status reports to the City’s project manager; i. Separate costs by tasks; and j. Submit monthly pay requests no later than the 7th day of each month. 2. Surveying - The consultant team shall provide the following survey services: a. A site survey of Main Street project limits to include contours at 2’ intervals, road, utilities, property lines, street trees, and other information needed for a complete engineering design for roadway and utility improvements. The consultant shall provide an AutoCad file of the survey to the city. b. A survey of the Urban Plaza site was conducted as part of the City Hall construction project and will be available as a dwg file. 3. Traffic Impact Analysis – Main Street a.
