Construct a pavilion, walking path, and bathroom/storage building at Liberty Park. Pavilion 1. Rough grading of site to be provided by County 2. County to provide fill dirt for slab prep. 3. County to provide landscaping around pavilion 4. Slab to be 4” turn-down monolithic slab using 3,000 psi concrete 5. County to provide any necessary soil erosion measures Bathroom/Storage Building 1. Rough grading of site to be provided by County 2. Building materials changed to wood-framed with Hardi-board siding 3. Interior walls shall be insulated in the bathroom area 4. Interior walls and ceiling in the bathroom shall be plywood with wood strips covering seams 5. Interior walls in the bathroom shall be painted 6. Interior walls in maintenance bay/storage area may remain uncovered/exposed. 7. Flooring in the bathroom shall be sealed with sealer or paint designed to prevent urine and other liquid from soaking into the floor; product shall be approved by the County prior to purchase and installation. 8. HVAC unit covers bathroom only; no HVAC coverage for storage area. 9. County to provide septic system 10. All water, plumbing and drain piping shall be stubbed 5’ from the building; county will make connections from this point. 11. Roof shall be shingles; color to be selected by County. Walking Paths 1. Rough grading of path to be provided by County. 2. Footbridge eliminated – to be replaced with culvert pipe by County; culvert pipe has been installed as of 8/30/24. Concrete walking path footage should be increased to cover this span 3. County to provide fill dirt for back-filling walking path 4. County to provide any necessary landscaping 5. County to provide any necessary soil erosion measures
