The CONSULTANT shall be responsible for performing the necessary work and preparing the documents on various INDOT projects on an as-needed basis for the Environmental Services Division?s Ecology, Waterway Permitting, and Stormwater Office. The project work will be primarily associated with preparing INDOT mitigation sites for transfer to another land management entity and related real estate services. The work will be accomplished following all the relevant Federal Highway Administration regulations and guidance documents, other federal and state requirements, and INDOT guidance. The work will be assigned and reviewed by the INDOT Environmental Services Division (ESD) Ecology, Waterway Permitting, and Stormwater Office (EWPSO) and INDOT Real Estate. A.
