The consultant will prepare a new comprehensive plan and future land use map that will provide a vision, goals, and policies to guide the City's development for the next 20 years. The comprehensive plan should reference and complement the city's existing relevant plans and design guidelines with a focus on public engagement. It is a desire of staff that the future land use plan be a product of the citizens and express their desires and vision of the city’s future. In preparing a response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the Consultant shall address the following services that should be included in the scope of work. The final scope of work will be coordinated with the city staff and the selected consultant.
