A. Picking up and separating trash and recyclables from, including seating bowl post event B. Sweeping and mopping the seating bowl, stairs and portal areas C. Spot cleaning chairs D. Deep cleaning the chairs and interior seating bowl 2-3 times per year based on “dirt” events. Restroom maintenance and or porter service during event. Events such as Midwest Horse Fair and World Dairy Expo, which are multiple day events may require additional services during the event and will be requested with at least 30 days’ notice prior to the start date. E. Pressure washing building interiors, stalling and trash cans in Pavilions One and Two. F. Other surge cleaning services as needed for event needs. G. Contracted staff may start no sooner than 30 minutes before the scheduled conclusion of an event and cleanup is expected to be complete within 4-6 hours after the start of cleanup. H. An adequate number of competent, properly trained personnel with sufficient supervision to provide the required services at all times. 1. PROVIDER shall not assign or subcontract any part of this Contract without the permission of the COUNTY. 2. Staffing needs will vary based on the type and duration of event. 3. General estimation is 25 staff (with appropriate lead and Supervisors) to complete each event. 4. The PROVIDER and County may agree to adjust numbers of staff and/or length of completion accordingly based on event type and scheduled requirements. 5. The PROVIDER shall provide all personnel with a complete set of specifications and schedules to ensure all services are completed.
