• Review existing structural drawings. • Visit the site and perform a visual observation of the structural elements of the garage and document locations of deterioration or distress. • Perform a chain drag survey of the top surface of the framed slabs, identify potential areas of delamination. • Perform a sounding survey of select columns to identify delamination in the concrete. • Perform a visual overhead survey of beams and slabs to identify delamination in the concrete. • Obtain concrete samples by drilling holes in the slab at select locations. Holes will need to be filled upon completion of sampling. • Take photos of specific areas of deterioration. • Expose tendons for the purpose of visually observing post tension tendon conditions in areas away from obvious deterioration to give a greater degree of the extent of deterioration and potential loss of load carrying capacity of the system. Provide the process of exposing the tendons. • Report the findings, test data, deteriorated mechanisms and potential structural concerns. • Cost and Performance evaluation of optional solutions. • Design and Engineering services for accepted options. • Equipment and Labor for accepted options. • All other work required for accepted options. • As-built drawings
