A. Vendor shall be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies, and any other item or service necessary to perform the required lawn maintenance and landscaping services (collectively referred to as “services”) as defined herein, at the following two (2) locations: 1. Clearwater Administration Building 11 Clearwater Drive Little Rock, Arkansas 72204 2. Little Maumelle Water Reclamation Facility 24924 Chenal Parkway Little Rock, Arkansas 72223 B. Vendor shall perform services to ensure the healthy, optimal growth of turf, trees, flowers, and shrubbery, and a weed free landscape of bed areas. C. Services shall include proper herbicide, fungicide, insecticide, and fertilizer treatments for all areas for each season as is required to control insects, fungus, and disease as well as undesirable weeds and grasses (see Application of Chemicals).
