The selected provider will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions that cover the following components (A, B, and C) through the following lenses: Practical Skills and Applied Learning – how to have difficult conversations across differences, handling mistakes and learning from them in a non-judgmental space, trauma-informed approaches, creation of brave and safer spaces for vulnerable expression and ability to skillfully redirect/address inappropriate behaviors. Interactive and Engaging Methods – use of games/interactive activities throughout the training to make learning engaging, providing training materials and specific actionable steps for employees to take with them, providing certificates upon completion.
