The Johnson County Park and Recreation District (JCPRD) is seeking proposals for tournament dates for Mid-America Sports Complex beginning May 2nd through August 3rd, 2025. For each date awarded, the successful tournament organizer will receive use of the awarded complex for gameplay from 5 pm to 10 pm Friday, 8 am to 10 pm Saturday, and 8 am to 4 pm Sunday. For larger events requiring both MidAmerica Sports Complex and Mid America West Sports Complex, there is an option to indicate this desire on the bid form. The minimum for each weekend time period at Mid-America Sports Complex is $11,800. If requested and accepted, the minimum fee for each weekend time period at Mid-America West Complex is $8,600 (fields 29-32 not included in the bid price). Each awarded bid will only be for the time frames listed above. Additional rental time to start the event prior to Friday at 5 pm may be available but will be subject to approval by JCPRD and will be at an additional cost. There will be an option to note the desire to trade the 8 am to 4 pm Sunday timeframe for 9 am to 5 pm Friday. If noted and accepted, Sunday may still be available on a per hour basis but availability is not guaranteed.
