The project scope includes the acquisition, delivery, and installation of the generators according to the specifications provided in “Attachment A” of the Invitation to Bid. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor and materials, including the construction of concrete pads for the generators and performing any required site preparation. Additionally, the contractor must handle the startup, programming, and commissioning of the new generators to ensure full operational readiness. Installation of all emergency backup generators must be completed by January 22, 2025. The county will remove any existing generators at the specified locations prior to the installation of the new units. All facilities have LP gas tanks, selected contractor will need to pump gas lines to generator. The selected contractor must ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and coordinate with White County Public Safety and other relevant authorities to minimize disruptions during installation. The project timeline requires that all work be completed promptly to ensure the generators are operational and ready for use in future emergencies.
