Work covered by these specifications includes but is not limited to providing procurement, project management, delivery, and installation of furniture and equipment in Kirk Building SSC and SKILLS Center (KB). KB is a three-story facility renovation that will have a renewed passenger elevator and on-grade access. Construction on the facility is scheduled to be substantially complete December 20, 2024. Furniture/equipment installation is to be done as soon as mid-December at an agreed upon date by the University and selected contractor. A. Project scope includes the following elements: Installation will include onsite project management, delivery, assembly, setup and placement of furniture, and removal and disposal of all cartons and packing materials.
