Proposals must be submitted by September 27, 2024. There will be one vacancy coming available in a few months (formerly rented by KPTZ radio, 966 s.f.). The City Council has adopted rental rates that are set at 5 percent of the fully burdened rate for qualified community service organizations that provide a public benefit. The rental rate is subject to annual cost of living adjustments (COLA). The available space is 966 square feet stand-alone rents for $225.88 annually and is separately metered resulting in utility charges of about $5000 annually. The selected organization is responsible for paying the leasehold excise tax through the Washington State Department of Revenue. The available space consists of a common area, with two soundproof booths.
