All equipment will be assembled and installed by the supplier or will supervise the assembly and installation by a subcontractor. Required items: • The bath house is to be a 32 x 28 , max 896 square feet, design build structure with the following areas: • 32 x 16 porch/ deck with partial to full roof covering complete with ADA accessible ramp. • All restrooms complete with infant changing area, sink and toilet. • 2 of the restrooms will be ADA complaint accessible bathrooms with ADA accessible toilet and sink. • A lifeguard triage space with room for a bench/ resting area and first aid storage. • A universal storage area approximately 120 square feet, with a minimum 6 ft. wide roll up door. • Lifeguard triage and storage areas shall include have at least 4, 110V GFI electrical outlets in each, a wash sink in triage area, and a slop sink in the storage area. • Provide a complete and operable product to the satisfaction of the owner.
