Through a subgrant of funds from a DEC Water Quality Formula Restoration Grant from the Addison County Regional Planning Commission (ACRPC), the Lewis Creek Association (LCA) is seeking a qualified contractor to prepare a Final Design for Road Erosion on a private road that drains to Lewis Creek in the Town of Starksboro. LCA also requests rough cost estimates for construction oversight for the implementation of this project, to be completed at a later time if funding is received. 4. Project Scope The scope of this project includes the following minimum items. 1. Project Initiation 1.1 Plan for and attend an initial meeting with project team 2. Data Collection, Design, Permitting 2.1 Collect and review existing data 5 2.2 Update basemapping 2.3 Final design plans draft 2.4 Cost opinion, O&M plan 2.5 Permit evaluation, draft permit application materials 2.6 Meeting to review plans, 1 round of edits
