The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, except the stove hood, services, transportation and perform all the work for the Town's project known as the Quartzsite Senior Center Kitchen Rehabilitation Project for the Town of Quartzsite, Arizona as called for in the Specifications and Drawings. The proposer should prepare a detailed time schedule for completion. The successful proposer will be required to lend all possible assistance in the preparation, investigation and documentation necessary for compliance with all applicable federal Labor Standards/Davis-Bacon and other requirements of ADOH. The successful proposer should be prepared to comply with all local, state and federal safety and environmental requirements. The project shall be accomplished in accordance with all federal program and state statutory requirements to include 2 CFR 200, Executive Orders and the Arizona Administrative Code.
