The City of Phoenix Water Services Department (WSD) requires, on an as-needed basis, a supply of new 3M SCOTT® Respiratory Personal Protective Equipment and related accessories (Group I). WSD also requires, on an as-needed or emergency basis, Technical Services and Maintenance for the Respiratory Personal Protective Equipment (Group II); to include performance/flow testing, calibration, repair and other maintenance services. Services for Group II must be a local Phoenix business or have a facility in the state of Arizona in order to ensure that this emergency response equipment is serviced, repaired and returned to the WSD within 5 days. The City does not require Contractor’s bidding on Group I be physically located in Arizona.
