The Maintenance Department of Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is seeking proposals from firms qualified to provide parts to support ACHD Fleet. The selected vendor shall provide staffing, transportation, management, and parts necessary to run an efficient and effective parts operation that covers all hours worked by the ACHD Maintenance Department. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Winter hours vary depending on weather conditions. Parts employee must be on-site from 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Parts delivery must continue until 5:30 p.m. During emergencies, ACHD operates on a 24-hour basis. All parts, lubricants, and miscellaneous supplies necessary to maintain the ACHD Fleet will be covered by the contract.
