Daily Service Requirements The following services will be provided five (5) days each week, Monday through Friday. A. Reception and/or Lobby Areas: 1. Clean all reception area doors and entrance glass inside and out. 2. Dispose of boxes stacked in the designated removal areas that are placed in the hallway of the Administration Custodial Closet, Administration Kitchen, behind the door closest to the Administration Reception area, by Accounting in Building A-2 and other areas as used by ACHD Staff. 3. Dumpsters for the Administration site are located at the inner parking lot area on the south side of Administration Buildings A-1 and A-2. The green dumpster is for recycling and the blue dumpster is for trash. There are dumpsters placed throughout the Adams and Cloverdale Maintenance Yards and there is no recycling area at these two locations. B. Restrooms: 1. Clean and sanitize all restroom fixtures. 2. Unclog restroom facilities as necessary. 3. Clean restroom mirrors and frames. 4. Wash restroom walls, partitions, and counters. 5. Refill all restroom soap, tissue, and towel dispensers as needed. 6. Empty all feminine napkin receptacles. 7. Sweep and wet mop all floors. C. Lunchroom and/or Kitchen Areas: 1. Dust and wet mop all linoleum floors. 2. Wipe down all tables and counters. 3. Clean the inside and outside of microwave ovens in the kitchen area. 4. Wipe down the outside of refrigerators. 5. Empty recycling bins in Administration Kitchen. 6. Stock Kitchen Paper Towels and Styrofoam Cups in all kitchen/lunchroom areas. 7. Wipe down all trash can lids. 8. Wipe down and clean Headquarter’s Courtyard Tables and Chairs. D. All Areas: 1. Empty all interior trash receptacles and replace liners. 2. Vacuum all carpeted areas including carpet mats; using properly working beater bar type vacuum. A backpack-style vacuum is allowed for hard to reach areas under desks and tables only. 3. Spot clean spillage and stains on floors and surfaces, as necessary. 4. Dust and wet mop all hard surface floors. 5. Dust and properly position all furniture, pictures on the walls, rails along the walls, and shelves. (Desks are in Section 3. Weekly Service Requirements). 6. Wipe down all tables and counters. 7. Clean and sanitize all drinking fountains and treat with metal cleaner.
