Contractor to furnish 30 yard open top dumpsters as needed to accommodate the cleaning schedule of the facility. o Either TLC or TMC may request, at any given time, that up to four dumpsters be provided by the Contractor and spotted on TLC or TMC property to facilitate cleaning. o Contractor cannot limit the length of time that either TLC or TMC may require the Contractor provided dumpsters to remain on TLC or TMC property for use. o Any and all rental or usage fees for provided dumpsters should be included in the flat rate charge. o Liners, signage, etc. required by the Contractor to be used in conjunction with the provided dumpsters is to be provided by the Contractor and the charge included in the flat rate charge. - Contractor will haul, empty, and return provided dumpsters by the same time the next business day following a request for service. o As an example, a service request placed at 8:30 am on Monday should be fulfilled by 8:30 am on the next business day (Tuesday).
