• BIWEEKLY CLEANING REQUIREMENTS FOR SHARED OFFICE SPACE*: To be completed every other week. o Empty and clean all wastebaskets and garbage cans and move trash to the dumpster located South of the building, in the main parking lot. o Empty and clean all recycling cans and bring the recycling to a proper facility/location for disposal. o Clean all hand prints and smudges from all: - walls - doors & door handles - door moldings - display cabinets - counter tops o DUSTING Thorough dusting to include all: - chair moldings - baseboards - shelf ledges - office furniture - office equipment o GLASS SURFACES - All front entry glass and doors (interior and exterior) should be cleaned, and smudges/prints removed o RESTROOMS (four, two have showers) - Empty trash - Sweep, clean, and sanitize restroom floors - Clean and sanitize restroom baseboards after mopping - Clean and sanitize all rest room fixtures (i.e., mirror, faucet, towel dispenser, toilet…etc.) - Clean and wipe tile walls down - Fill soap, towel, and tissue dispensers o CONFERENCE ROOM - Wipe and dust conference room table - Clean window sills - Dust/remove cob webs from light fixture - Wipe down sink and counter area o KITCHEN AREA Clean and sanitize: - sink - backsplash - counter tops - cabinet doors - microwave & toaster oven - refrigerator (exterior) - sweep and mop vinyl floors
